“Rosie has been an excellent personal trainer for me! I signed up for the personal training sessions to kickstart my training and aim for a new goal of getting stronger, more toned and be able to do a chin up. Since starting I also signed up for the Tough Mudder event! Rosie was very proactive and looked into the obstacles that would be at Tough Mudder and designed a training program specifically to tackle them. The training program has been well tailored to my current fitness level, it has inspired me to push myself and try new moves that I had never done before. Rosie is friendly, enthusiastic and easy to get on with. She has been very motivating and has kept me optimistic about my goals!”
